Sarah is the professional and passionate founder of Events Vanuatu. She has lived in Vanuatu for most of her life and loves meeting new people, problem solving, and a good party!

She enjoyed her own wedding so much that when she moved into event planning for a well-known Vanuatu resort it was the wedding organisation that really captured her imagination. But the most fantastic thing about Sarah is that she genuinely cares. She’s the one who will look after the big things, but also all the little things. Like cleaning your ring, finding your mother-in-law a tissue, telling you a joke and setting your mind at ease so you can enjoy your special day.

Melissa joined the Events Vanuatu team in 2010 she has a passion for weddings, parties, good times and sleep! Melissa has undertaken to make wedding planning her career path. She has a strong sense of dedication and passion to her position within the team and her clients. As a planner Melissa has great sense of fun, a keen eye for logistics and detail. Melissa has had associations with Vanuatu since she was 12 years old.

‘BB’ is a local Ni Vanuatu from Ambae who has working in weddings for over a decade. She has a great sense of duty and works tirelessly to make sure that everything is in order, from co-ordinating suppliers to making sure you get the best deals.

Kath is the Kiwi of our team, who came to Vanuatu to retire but somehow gave it all up to work again for Events Vanuatu. Kath has a passion for making creative floral arrangements and will use just about any flower except for a Gerbera – Lucky you can’t get them in here. In her spare time Kath loves getting on her boat with long time partner Neil Armstrong and fishing out in the harbour.

Andrew is the consummate professional who helps make people feel comfortable in front of the camera. His job is to give you beautiful, natural photos that capture your wedding day. Read more about Andrew and his work in Photography and Video.

Scott is a Scot who travelled to Vanuatu two years ago on holiday and never left. He loves Vanuatu’s idyllic setting, and the opportunity to help create a record of your big day that you will treasure forever. Read more about Scott and his work in Photography and Video.

Melanie keeps all of Events Vanuatu accounts in order but she’s no hard-nosed accountant. She’s a Ni Vanuatu from Tanna Island and has a heart of gold.

Paul is Events Vanuatu’s smiling handyman and roustabout; there’s nothing Paul won’t do to help bring Sarah’s ideas to life! He helps with assembling centerpieces, setting up receptions, and is the best chair sash-tier this side of the equator.

Steven is Events Vanuatu’s dynamic and energetic Ni Vanuatu driver who makes sure that all flowers and equipment are in the right place at the right time.

Oliver joined the EV team in Aug 2010. Oliver is little brother to Zachary and second born son to Sarah and Warrick.

Olivers primary position within the business is to be cute and make a fair amount of noise ensuring that all team members are on alert at all times. Oliver attended his first international travel trade show at 4 days old proving to be a very popular attraction.

Zac is the heir to the Events Vanuatu Empire! He’s a great dancer, and is best friends with Tania and Pepper the Rottweiler.
