	Events Vanuatu's acclaimed wedding photographer, Andrew Read, is one of the most innovative and prolific photographers of his time, and has been described by The Age newspaper, as a photographer for the photographer. For many years, Andrew worked with the Gyuto Monks of Tibet, and in 2002 covered the Dalai Lama tour to Australia (see photos below). He has also worked as a freelance photographer for numerous editorial and commercial clients such as New Musical Express, Sounds, Rolling Stone, The Age newspaper and The Australian newspaper. In the late 90s Andrew concentrated on his wedding photography and special events, in order to become more involved with his two young sons.
The photographic work of Andrew Read has appeared in Time, Life, Bulletin and Newsweek magazines, as well as on the ABC ,BBC and GTV 9. He has travelled to over 80 countries and has lived in Australia, Italy, New Zealand, the UK, the U.S.A and now Vanuatu. His photographic work has been the subject of major exhibitions and he is a winner of Photographic Awards from around the world.
